Window problems are usually due to the tracks getting out of adjustment. But you're probably familiar with that.
If not -
Remove door panel. One track at each end of window. Each track has a adjustment near bottom. My recollection is one is fore-and-aft, the other adjuster is in and out. So between the two, you can match the tracks to the window. I had one work loose and need attention again after about a year or two.
