Honda has officially launched the Accord plugin hybrid:

Green Car Congress: 2014 Honda Accord PHEV EPA-certified at 115 MPGe, on sale 15 Jan with MSRP of $39,780; LEV3/SULEV20 compliance

2014 Honda Accord Plug-In Hybrid Priced Sub-$41K, 115 MPGe

It has about 13 miles all-electric range, it has EPA fuel economy ratings of 47 mpg city, 46 highway, and 46 combined in regular hybrid mode. It will cost $40K, and since it has a 6.7kWh lithium battery pack, it will have a tax credit similar to the Prius Plugin ($2,500?).
