The motor choices there are actually 3 diffrent 1.5 the d15z1 vetec e only in vx then the 16 valve 1.5 in dx lx then the 8 valve 1.5 only in the cx then the 16 valve vtec 1.6 in the ex. Hope that helps vx cx really good fuel dx lx ok. There is also an si think it got the 1.6 and a really fast non fuel efficient trans. Hope that helps.
