I have no Idea what the sil is but yes the Cali model has a diffrent ecu and 02. NO lean burn. Easily changed though yes in north America the only car to come from the factory with the d15z1 was the vx. It has been put into alot of other cars nowadays. Hey you can look at the hx as well they are also lean burn motors and come quite close in mpg. Good luck and don't rush you'll regret it.
