I haven't heard of the guy, but if you rebuilt a standard metro engine as an XFI engine and blue printed the engine along with balancing it I'm sure you could get an extra few HP out of it, the XFI after all only had two piston rings instead of 3 and when the XFI was new 0w20 oil wasn't around.
