I'm thinking the rotational momentum is on the spin axis, not the pitch axis, in aeronautical terms. IOW, it will spin without unloading the rear axle.
In other news, I remember a magazine article on handling that described under/oversteer in terms of the roll center height front to rear. Oversteer was high in the rear and low in the front; the wrong way was high in the front and low in the rear.
If I remember that right.
