Yes it's the big bright one there shouldnt be a square bolt there. Who ever had that it is wrong. If it's that tight try to actually tighten it a little more. Try to break the crust I guess. It has worked for me many a times. You should be under the car trying to loosen the bolt. Yes remove bolt if fluid doesn't come pouring out it's low. Use a funnel up top with a pice of rubber hose going into the hole. The grind is most likely the bearing. Very common they all seem to go the axle seals are directional so right and left are diffrent. If truly in a pinch you could just remove the speed sensor and the drain plug. Drain all fluid and fill from the speed sensor. It would be empty you would add 2 quarts I think. Get the Honda mtf. It's the same for all the manual d series's trans 92-2000. Possible even the efs as well (88-91). If you weren't so far i would tell you just to bring it over.
