Converting my 92 VX from Cali to Federal
I want to convert my 1992 VX Cali to a federal model. I want to confirm that the 92 Cali VX is in fact just as easy as a ECU swap to make it a federal model?
I have a P07-A00 ECU and my car already had a 5 wire o2 sensor.
