Converting my 92 VX from Cali to Federal

I want to convert my 1992 VX Cali to a federal model. I want to confirm that the 92 Cali VX is in fact just as easy as a ECU swap to make it a federal model?

I have a P07-A00 ECU and my car already had a 5 wire o2 sensor.

That's correct. And I believe 92 is the only year Vx that you can do this with the calif model. The rest of he calif vxs from 93-95 need wiring conversion.
