My transmission currently has AmsOil in it, but it's around $10 per quart, Mobil just started selling 0W30 in my area for around $5.50 per quart and that is what I just put in my engine, I haven't used the Honda MTF but I have noticed easier shifting with the 0W30 in the transmission.
