2.8L Cummins Diesel Pickup

I came accross an interesting pickup:

It's called the Foton Tunland. It's made in China and sold in Australia & South Africa. It's powered by a 2.8L inline 4-cylinder turbo diesel:

It also has a 5-speed manual Getrag transmission

Specs:

Curb Weight: ~1,900 kg / 4,200 lbs
Payload Capacity: 1,000 kg / 2,204 lbs
Towing Capacity: 2,500 kg / 5,510 lbs
Rated Power: 120 kW / 163 hp @ 3600 rpm
Peak Torque: 360 Nm / 266 lb-ft from 1800 to 3000 rpm
Acceleration: 0-100 kph / 0-62 mph in 13 sec
Max speed: 160 kph /100 mph
Avg Fuel Economy (unspecified cycle): 8 L per 100 km / 29.4 mpg

Starting price (in US dollars) is around $29,000.

I can't find the link right now, but I read somewhere that the engine is rated for 300,000 miles.

While we can't buy the truck in the US, there's till some hope--Cummins has been working with Nissan to put the same 2.8L engine in their 1/2 ton pickup:
