A thought:

I would put coroplast or something weatherproof beneath the fleece to support the fiberglass on the horizontal area.

Experience with my kammback: the glass eventually sagged a bit on the top of the structure over time. So give it lots of support now (or make it many layers thick so it is completely rigid) so you don't have to fix/re-do it a year or 2 from now.
