Ok, here's the pictures. Too bad they must be shrunk so that the forum accepts them. Pain in the butt. I included some detail shots in case anyone wanted to copy me. All measurements were by mark 1 eyeball. I see that led to a few problems, like the rail on top covers the opening a little tiny bit. Also I could have extended the cut farther to the passenger side a bit too. I'm happy with it for now.

I also included a few pics of the wire I bent to secure the door. It's actually pretty snug, and doesn't really need the wire. If it ever loosens up though it'll be a life saver. I aligned the corrugations of the door and the rail.

It's really stinkin cold here now so she's sealed right up. Drove like a 'normal' person yesterday to test and did not rise over 194F over an hour long drive including city and highway. With EOC pulse and glide will now stay 188.
