Very true. That's why I put "healty" in quotes. I think body fat % is probably a better metric. I started my journey in September of 2011 when I weighed 400 lbs (I'm 6'1" tall) & >45% body fat--so I had a lot to lose no matter what metric you use. I'm about 305 lbs now and about 35% body fat. So losing another 85 lbs is still very reasonable.
