Well the heat shrink film was not the way to go. It's been perforated by road grit and is starting to peel off on one side. I'll make one out of coroplast and paint it just like the lower but without any opening. Have some warm weather right now so it'll be not too rough to work out there. It's going above freezing in a few days. Wow!
