This is inccorrect (FACTUALLY).
An HID bulb mounted in a lamp designed for a HALOGEN bulb doest not work correctly.

PLEASE show a picture of your hid bulb on shining on a wall. Park 30 feet away.
IT FAILS. PERIOD.
