So I got really bored yesterday because it was to cold to ride my bike so I got creative and build a hot air intake and a hot box to collect the air. I got te headers from y friend for 20 bucks, I wanted to replace my clogged up cat converter. So I put the headers on and used spark plug non foulers to space my secondary o2 sensor and it doesn't have any codes and goes into lean burn way way better now and has a noticeable gain in power as well! But here is the hai. I used my old 240sx intake and and integra/ civic intake, and some coroplast and tin to make the box. Ill report back soon with some numbers of mpg increases. So far the headers have added a 1-3 mpg gain. more maybe depending on the weather I suppose.
