It's a little tough to tell what's going on in this chart, but there definitely some things that don't look right.

first, you have t-pos-gain and t-pwm-gain both set to 120. i'm guessing you're just playing around with values because this doesn't make sense. I'd suggest going back to the defaults of 8 and 0. Here's a little blurb on what those settings mean:

Open ReVolt/Controllersetting - EcoModder

next, this might be minor and adam can probably comment more on this, but i think the rtd-explorer software requires an rtd period of 200.

then, you probably shouldn't be setting up motor over speed sensing if things aren't operating correctly. you should set the threshold and the motor calc amps back to zero.

now, just for knowledge's sake, the 'current feedback' parameter is the actual current the controller is measuring. it appears from the chart that this value is near zero, so i'd agree something is weird. the 'current reference' parameter is the actual current value that is being commanded to the controller. if you read the link above, you'll see how the current reference parameter is calculated from the throttle position value.

lastly, if you actually do measure 500A output, perhaps with a clamp meter or you know the controller is working correctly and rtd explorer shows this or something, this is actually the max output of the controller. if you want more power, you'll need a larger controller that outputs more current or a different motor that can produce more torque with 500A output.

hope that helps!
