Hmmm, I guess considering you get 24mpg combined my 20mpg is not so bad with my mods. Subarus seemed to get pretty mixed results as far as mpgs. I wonder if theres some improvememts that coiuld be had in the ecu.
I had a look at my coolant temps which are ranging from about 83c on the highway to 89c at idle.
Watching my timing advance, looks like the ecu might be able pulling timing because of ostensible knock. I'll have to try some premium. Kind of doubt it's really knockimng though. Thinking it might be incorrectly detecting knock.
