Recently I have not been doing EOC because I've been doing some experimenting with coasting in gear vs. in neutral to see which gets me better millage (I think I have a fuel cutoff while coasting in gear based on data so far). However, if I had to guess, on my way to work, traffic permitting and when I'm not on my bicycle, I probably EOC about 50-60% of the time on the way there, and almost never on the way back because the way there is a nice rolling downhill while the other is just the opposite so I take the highway to avoid the hilly ride home.
