I have a good amount of experience with lithium cells, I have CALB 180AH in my Civic EV.
If it was me I would remove the BMS rats nest (using gloves) and get the cells all cleared off. Then I would test each cell with a multimeter and one by one charge each cell up with a bench power supply to 3.5 volts and see if they hold a charge.
