There was a Mexican sportscar which was gonna be offered in America only as a kit-car to be assembled either by the owner or a subcontractor, to overcome the mandate of some safety devices. If that cabin motorcycle was also imported in a CKD scheme it would also be easier to overcome the Big Brother.
