That is what I got from the article.

Every vehicle that is imported follows the same rules... why should there be an exception?

We don't know WHY this vehicle is stuck in customs. There could be a stupid reason or a very good reason. It could be a missing sticker or because it is using an unsafe part. We may never know why.
