my 1985 crx hf is around 2,000rpm at 65mph, I just put a different tranny in it before selling it to my brother because it had the wrong one in it when I got it, also if you get one from a state with moutons it will have different gearing as well.
the stock rims on an hf should be 13" 4.5" wide steel rims, that are 12.5 pounds same as the civic cx has, stock civic steel rims are 5" wide and weigh 15 pounds or so, I would say going with a 155/80 R13 tire is the way to go unless you can find some 145 R13 tires (no /number indicates that they are a 85 aspect ratio), bu that is going to give you good traction, light weight and a tall tire, stock tires on the crx hf are often 165/70 R13, same as the civic vx.
