Its a horrible smell, lacks throttle response or acceleration, the fuel is half a dollar more than gas, thats assuming you can find a station that sells it unless you like being sandwiched between the big trucks at their stations waiting in line to fill up.
Considering how small the car is I think a hybusa or some small motorcycle, snow mobile engne would be a better fit.
For the hell of it, Id like to have something I had to grab the pull cord to start before I got in it to drive to just screw with the general public when I park at places.

I'll take my 120hp, 270Nm diesel (common rail, turbo charged) any time over a spendthrift gas burner. My car uses 5,7 L/100km, where a comparable petrol engine uses 7,5 to 8 L/100km.
The diesel would use far less fuel than a hayabusa engine.
Ben, couldn't you get some bms and batteries to fit in the car's battery box?
