It doesn't have wheels but

It's solar powered. Bought a small sailing dinghy for $375. Naples Sabot, complete with daggerboard, rudder, mast, boom, sails, and hull of course.
It's probably 25 years old, one piece fiberglass hull, with mahogany rails and seats.

Should be fossil fuel free fun, just need to add some floatation. Time for some aerosol expanding foam under the seats. It would almost work as a shell for the Ranger. The Newport News reservoir is just 6 miles away. Plenty of places to sail and the whole rig weighs 95 pounds, don't need any trailer for that.
