Excellent post! Data and images are very helpful for those interested in the conversion. I found similar results converting to LED for all but headlights and turn signals.

For front yellow marker lights I used:
2pcs T10 5W Cree High Power Projector 12V Light LED Replacement Bulbs + STICKER 168 194 2825 W5w - Amber Yellow : Amazon.com : Automotive

For red running lights in the rear I used:
Zone Tech 5x 194 168 2825 T10 5-SMD RED LED Car Lights Bulb Super Bright : Amazon.com : Automotive

For dual intensity brake light I used:

JLC 7440 7443 T20 7.5W PLASMA LED Light Bulbs - PLASMA LED Chips - Brilliant Red : Amazon.com : Automotive
