Sig fuel log pic

I have seen people's fuel log pic in their sig and wanted to know how to do it. I uploaded my vehicle to the garage and can see the fuel log pic, but don't see a way to upload it to my sig. Is it an image that I have to download to my computer then upload to the site? I would prefer it to automatically update whenever I add a new fuel log entry, instead of going through all of that upload/download work every week.

I uploaded the pic that I am talking about for reference.

HELP!!! Thanks!
