Hmmm, good question. The US Ex is the same as the Canadian Si for those years I believe, and the Si had bigger rotors if it came with ABS. Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I guess the first question I would have for you is does your car have ABS? Cramming a 13 inch wheel onto a big rotor/caliper combo probably won't fly, but if you don't have ABS then maybe they will work? I am sure some Honda guru on here will have a much better answer than that for you shortly.
