You're basically talking about lifetime % over EPA rather than the 90-day % EPA that's shown in people's signatures.

My lifetime is at 118.5%. I've had 90-day averages over 200% briefly (back when it was warm outside). Granted, I don't have an official EPA rating.

I'm not aware of anyone whose legitamately done >200% EPA consistantly.
