The vapor carburator already exists.
Ever hear of a propane carburator?

There is no way you are going to be able to vaporize gasoline better than propane or natural gas. Funny thing is when you compair gasoline to propane or natural gas sometimes the propane or natural gas beates the gasoline engine by a few % on a BTU per mile basis.
In other words, if you can fully vaporize the fuel the best result you can hope for is one that is barely measureable.
