Back here in Brazil the base engine for the Focus is a naturally-aspirated 1.6L. In spite of the 1.0L Ecoboost having its advantage, the 3-cylinder layout and the lower displacement would be considered a povertry-feature. 1.0L cars are set into a slightly lower tax class back here.
