Another non-news update. Spring has finally arrived in the land of Robert the Bruce so I have risked the removal of my upper grill blocks. I also removed the accumulated road salt from underneath with the pressure washer (paid with coins as you go) at my local supermarket - the guy after me was puzzled why I only washed underneath and not the top - I did that at home with far less water.

New front tyres (Uniroyal Rain Experts) fitted a few weeks ago to cater for the snow - the contis seemed to lose all traction just before then. The Uniroyals have higher RR but much better grip (although rated the same). Also much quieter and cheaper.
