I think first of all you should use oscilloscope and check all the signals from ECU to Injection pump. If you'll find signal that is varying in time proportionally to the supposed fuel dose you may try to use it for MPGuino. After some calibration you should check if the numbers are corresponding to the pump. If yes, there you go!
