From what I have noticed ecomodders aren't happy with just good enough. Even if their car is getting 100mpg, they will keep pushing for that next mpg. As some of you know I am building a high mpg car with hopes of mass producing and selling it to the general public. Any of you who have heard of the term "lean start up" have probable heard of the term
"Minimum viable product".
Instead of waiting another 2+ years to launch a complete car, I would like to share an Idea with you. What if a complete chassis was available to ecomodders, and you could add bodies of your own creation. The thought is then the bodies created that really perform well would be made available for purchase by other ecomodders. So My company would sell the community the chassis at reasonable prices and then together we would continually build on that base. The creators of the best bodies or accessories would be compensated for for each copy there body or accessory sells through a central website.
