Does the Yaris Sedan have a different radiator or is the radiator position than the hatchback? On my Yaris that grill block would direct very little air into the radiator and a lot between the factory belly pan and the transmission/engine. That's because the radiator goes from about middle of the top grill to middle of the bottom, and it's only about 2/3 the width of the grill openings and off center to the driver's side. I've been experimenting with grill blocks in cardboard before I move to coroplast. I'm still not happy with the temps though, with an unblocked grill it used to sit at 185, sometimes going to 186.5 when accelerating and peaking at 190.2 when initially stopped. With my current grill blocks it sits at 186.5/188, going to 190.2/192 when accelerating and sometimes as high as 195 when initially stopped, and it's still cool out but summer is coming and temps will rise.
