Thanks for the input, guys.
I have been reading up on belly pans and all I seem to see in each thread is "Coroplast will deform from heat".
I would love to have an airspace between the heat shield and the pan, but there really isn't any room. Maybe I could manage 1/8 inch of space. Of course, any air space is good.
