EPA.gov should give the updated numbers for your car. I know my old Mazda was originally 25/31, but dropped to 22/28 with the ethanol and the new EPA cycle testing.

Anyway, good luck. It's amazing what kind of improvement is possible just by changing your driving style (see the 101 hypermiling tips above) but the car itself will always have limits.
I worked at a gas station a number of years ago and at that time the 93 didn't get the ethanol. It could have changed since, or it could be different depending on different companies.
