Pretty interesting, do you have any more info on your testing you could link to? perhaps another post? Did you find non ethanol petrol to test with? Seems like it is hard to come across, or maybe your the gas station wasn't honest about the added Ethanol and skewed your test? Don't take that the wrong way just playing devil's advocate.
Have you trying changing your compression ratios of your motor at all to take advantage of that E85? I know a few guys that like that E85 in their high horsepower turbo cars, use it as cheap race gas.
