Both ABS and Coroplast come in different thicknesses so you match the panels to your particular needs. ABS is more durable than Coroplast in terms of heat or abrasion. The Coroplast is corrugated for stiffness. A coat of rubberized undercoat can dampen higher frequency vibration. Aluminum angle stock can be used to support panels and make hard mounts to reduce tearing.
