I finally got a chance to remove my motor from the forklift. It came out pretty easy once I had everything stripped away. Draining all the fluids, so I could send the shell for scrap took longer. It is a bit of a monster, but l think it is in really good shape. It ran nice and quiet, in the truck, with no sparking which is a good sign. From what I can see, nothing inside looks burnt.
