I wouldn't bother with aerodynamic wheels as-such.
Filling the gaps between the spokes usually makes for a rather heavy wheel - and that'd be costing you fuel.

I'd go for light wheels, and cover these with a lightweight cover - pizza pans or coroplast or the disks that Vekke is producing ...
