Reading in a copy of Smithsonian Magazine today I bumped into a reference to one of these 3D printing operations that will contract to produce stuff for you--in metals, plastics, and other materials. Turns out they make things for small-scale internet retailers and hobbyists. News to me. Went looking through their pages. I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color.
