So, two stories,

One is I have noticed the increase in motorcycles, but the downfall of that is most of the people on them got their license when they were 17 which was 30 years ago and they haven't touched a bike since. I tend to find a lot more idiots on motorcycles, my dad rides and I'm getting my license so I tend to be extremely careful around them and they tend to not be so careful.

Two, I have seen a large influx in Priuses recently, I know the State of New York has bought a couple for their state cars. I also know I've been passed by just as many Priuses going 75mph as I have any other car, so like other people have said, buying a Prius with an EPA of like 55mpg or whatever and my Civic still probably gets better mileage because of how they drive it.
