Further down in that thread (post #19) a guy cites a specific supplier who says he can get the JDM 4.1 FD for anyone who wants it. 4.1 is close to the sixth gen Civic 4.058. But your fifth gear is also shorter at .757 instead of .702. But here is the contact information:
