Hopefully we'll get videos at the rally trip. Everything seems to be coming together. I dropped it off with the mechanic today so it should be done by the time I get off work tomorrow. I will bike down there, drive the car back, pack up, add some temp. aero mods and head to the Great North. (Newberry, MI for the Magnum Opus Rally)
Should be fixed by tomorrow afternoon- control arms, axle(s), wheel bearing.
When I get back I'll send it to him again to finish up- drivers lower ball joint, rear upper control arms and lowering springs. Get it aligned. Go to MN. Drive F100 back. The plan is oh-so-simple!
Hoping for 45+mpg on the drive up, and since I am not on a time limit it will be easy to cruise at 60-65mph the whole way. Bets on MPG? Maybe there will be some photogenic spots in Sault Ste. Marie...
PS- sorry for no real ecomodding updates lately- I've been trying to get maintenance done instead. Haven't forgotten about EM!
