I upped all corners to 40psi. I find the ride to be a little more firm, but not unbearable.
My drive home from work I got 47.6mpg the night before changing the pressure. After upping the pressure my ride home from work was 51.5mpg. My ride home is late at night with virtually no traffic so it is pretty much the same every single night. I might have hit a few more green lights than usual, so I'm not drawing any conclusions yet, but it looks good.
