If you're just running constant speed down the road, don't worry too much about the weight. If your roads are like mine, its a lot of 45-65 mpg driving with very little stop and go. The aero will do more for you driving down 45.
May want to check and see if the bolt pattern is right on the civic wheels also.
Moon discs aren't flat, they look like drum cymbals. I found mine on ebay for $70 shipped (not on yet). Just search "disc" in the hubcaps category.
