Yes. (Allegedly) the 2012 models are fleet production. I do not know this for fact, but until fairly recently the Crown Victoria was available as a fleet vehicle.
As of September 9th, 2012, the Ford Ranger was still being sold as a fleet vehicle in the United States, I can't comment on Canada. I believe it's identical to the 2011.
