That "stumble" sounds exactly like something my roommate's 2000 Saturn LS1 was doing. We didn't have the kind of instrumentation to figure if it was a fuel or a spark issue, but based on what you're seeing it definitely sounds like fuel. Can't say anything more about the fate of that particular Saturn, because it's not in the family anymore. Too bad, it was a great car.
